Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Should have good knowledge about the trading market.
- Keep abreast with the market knowledge and market intelligence.
- Revenue generation, Lead generation, Acquisition of Online Demat/trading account.
- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with clients.
- To analyze and continuously monitor performance of team. Create strategy to achieve team targets.
- To personally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solution within stipulated timeline and escalate through proper channel.
- To strategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level.
- Setting and tracking of goal sheet of the team.
- Graduate or post graduate.
- Preferably NISM Cleared, will be the added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have good working experience of more than 5 years in share market industry.
- Clear and good understanding about MCX, NSE, BSE, Mutual Fund.
- Should have good exposure of team handling capability of more than 3 years.
