Business Development Manager

Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Develop the sales strategy for different customer segments.
- Understand each customer segment’s behavior and risk preferences.
- Create and update marketing materials for regular customer communication.
- Develop great relationships with customers through regular reporting.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close using CRM.
- Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine the sales process.
- Review clients’ portfolios regularly to find out whether any changes are required.
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure that clients are updated on significant development.
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- CWM certification would be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years sales experience, preferably in Mutual Fund / Wealth Management company.
- NISM Certified (Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination).
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
- Understanding of financial products and prior experience in selling financial products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the needs of clients.
- Assertive and persuasive.
