Job Profile & Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new customers by updating their data in the system and providing training.
  • Managing and updating backend data of clients.
  • Periodic Reconciliation of Mutual Fund data of clients.
  • Handling client queries and providing quick resolution.
  • Understanding the issues faced by clients and identify ways to resolve them permanently.
  • Escalating issues to the technical team, if required.
  • Assisting clients in understanding the product and giving solutions.
  • Building long term relationships with clients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Banking Domain.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Finance would be highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel would be preferred.
  • CWM certification would be an added advantage.
