Job Profile & Responsibilities
Manage a team for client servicing of HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
Understand client’s requirements and accordingly provide services.
Strategize engagement plans for inactive customers and activate their accounts.
Ensure that customers trade actively after opening the trading account.
Maintaining & keeping track of data, reminding clients about activities they need to do, office / operations related work, processing of data received by clients.
Interfacing with operations team.
Have a customer-centric approach and ensure that customers are serviced well.
Will be responsible for end to end ownership of the process.
Proactive updation to all parties.
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- CWM certification would be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Team handling experience is a must.
Excellent Communication Skill.
Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
