Job Description:

The scope of work will include the following :-

  • Business Operations: Manage and streamline business operations by implementing efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Documentation Management: Handle documentation for various investment products, including Mutual Funds, Stocks, FDs, Bonds, PMS, and various transaction platforms. Ensure compliance and handle KYC paperwork.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone and email, addressing their servicing requests promptly and professionally.
  • Platform Coordination: Collaborate with Mutual Funds/PMS providers and other platform providers, such as Mutual Fund Utility (MFU) and NSE MF, to ensure smooth transactions and service delivery.
  • Reconciliation: Perform reconciliation of investor investments and manage other back-office functions, including MIS, non-financial transactions, capital gain statements, ad hoc MIS reports, and periodic MIS reports.
  • Client Education: Provide guidance to clients on the usage of various platforms and mobile apps, ensuring they can make informed decisions.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with various teams within the organization to achieve timely delivery and high-quality service, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Insurance Handling: Manage Life Insurance and Health Insurance quotes, coordinating with clients during policy issuance and claim settlement processes.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance overall team efficiency by developing improved processes, better transaction platforms, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Customer Service: Oversee all customer service-related activities, resolving queries, complaints, and requests within defined turnaround times.
  • Customer Delight: Ensure every interaction with customers results in delight, implementing and upgrading internal processes to achieve this goal.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with various third-party organizations to expedite query resolution for customers.
  • Cross-Selling: Deploy coordinated efforts to improve cross-selling through existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional services and products.
  • Strategy Development: Support and design customer service, administration, and support strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • IT Implementation: Implement IT solutions to enhance customer service and improve the origination process, making it more efficient and customer-centric.

Desired qualifications & Skill Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in operations management and client services within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, transaction platforms, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate and motivate teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and platforms.

Remuneration:

Annual Package between 4 Lakhs to 6 lakhs
