Client Relationship Manager

Job Location – Delhi/Pune

Job Profile:

  1. Contacting clients and setting up new and review meetings
  2. Conduct regular review meeting with the clients
  3. Collection of all relevant data and documents from new clients for preparation of investment plans and executions of investments and insurances.
  4. Understanding customer requirement and creation of a comprehensive Financial and investment plan for the customer by following our in-house tool, templates and software’s
  5. Making the complete comprehensive financial and investment plan independently
  6. Initiating Investment plan and documentation of all new clients as per onboarding procedures
  7. Doing the Risk Profiling, matching risk appetite of all new clients
  8. Presenting the financial plan to the customer and helping him understand his financial goals. Create a roadmap for the customer to achieve his financial goals.
  9. Giving the financial plan for implementation and assisting in the same
  10. Attend all client calls, handle all queries and complete any issues or discrepancies in financial and investment plan and implementation procedures.
  11. Doing all research, selecting the right investments products like mutual funds (D) and insurance-related products
  12. Monitor, Review and track the Investment plan of all the allocated clients and Analyse the customer’s current portfolio and advise clients to switch the nonperforming investment option to the performing
  13. Record and Send Minutes of the Meeting Report to all the Clients after each Meeting
  14. Up selling & cross selling of the investment and insurance products as per clients needs and requirements
  15. Collect references after the review meetings through our comments and testimonials form
  16. Should Create New Strategies for Business Development
  17. Should be able to manage Team and Lead from the Front
  18. Should be able to assign responsibility and also be able to monitor same
  19. Has to keep close contact with A & B Category of Client
  20. Has to support RM’s for their business development
  21. Has to Guide and monitor back office and operation team and has to lead them for smooth and efficient functioning of the work.

Preferred Qualifications: Graduate – B Com, BFM, BBM, BFA, BFI, CFP, CWM, MBA, PG

Required Knowledge:

➢ Tax Knowledge etc.

➢ Basics of Economics’ Knowledge

  • Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
  • Having effective sales meeting in order to Understand the requirement of the client.
  • Position our firms as the best choice and one shop for all their financial needs and requirements
  • Generate Explicit and implicit needs requirements.

 

Sales Proposal

¨ Create presentations and Investment Plans based on the data

¨ Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate Quotations of Investment and Insurance Plans

 

Sales Conversion

¨ Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client

¨ Be the interface between the clients and the Company
