Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Team Building
- Identify and recruit financial advisors for building a high-performing sales team
- Ensure advisors understand product offerings, sales processes, and compliance standards
2. Sales Performance Management
- Set individual sales targets based on business objectives
- Track performance, offer coaching, and drive motivation among advisors
3. Partner Relationship Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing Partners
- Recommend suitable investment solutions
- Handle Partner concerns promptly and professionally
4. Lead Generation and Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities via networking and referrals
- Conduct presentations to promote our products
- Explore partnerships to expand business reach
5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance norms
- Monitor advisor activities and mitigate compliance risks
6. Training and Development
- Conduct regular training on products, markets, and selling techniques
- Mentor advisors for continued growth and success
