Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Team Building

  • Identify and recruit financial advisors for building a high-performing sales team
  • Ensure advisors understand product offerings, sales processes, and compliance standards

2. Sales Performance Management

  • Set individual sales targets based on business objectives
  • Track performance, offer coaching, and drive motivation among advisors

3. Partner Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing Partners
  • Recommend suitable investment solutions
  • Handle Partner concerns promptly and professionally

4. Lead Generation and Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities via networking and referrals
  • Conduct presentations to promote our products
  • Explore partnerships to expand business reach

5. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance norms
  • Monitor advisor activities and mitigate compliance risks

6. Training and Development

  • Conduct regular training on products, markets, and selling techniques
  • Mentor advisors for continued growth and success
