Position Objective:

Plays crucial role in Create and manage relationships with various Corporates & NBFCs and will be responsible for Independent drive to secure business,accomplish business targets and work with multiple teams.

DO — Key Responsibilities
1 Create and manage relationships with various Corporates & NBFCs.

2 Regularly meeting Corporates & NBFCs to take market updates and originating debt advisory / financing transactions.
3 Liaison with them for obtaining required financial data/information for preparation and submission of proposal with Banks/ Fis
4 Studying their information to structure a debt financing transaction
5 Effectively co-ordinate with third party agencies like Rating Agencies, Legal Counsel, Trustee etc. to ensure smooth closure of trade.
6 Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
7 Actively engage with and assist the Structuring and Distribution team in marketing the products to prospective investors.
8 Responsible for creating awareness about the company and amongst the banking and other investor community, as a market making activity.
9 Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
10 Independent drive to secure business, accomplish business targets and work with multiple teams.
11 Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
