Purpose of the Job: The position will be responsible for back office & interfacing and engaging with Clients on a day to day basis. This position requires effective and efficient communication skills. The position will be responsible for ensuring all requirements of the Client are serviced on time which results in creating Customer delight.
Key deliverables:
Capturing Client and other data in the backoffice software.
Coordination with Registrars and Product Manufacturers for client queries.
Reconciling and ensuring accuracy of data entered in the software.
Tracking and documenting the status of daily transactions.
Cross checking details on application/transaction forms.
Verification of client details on Account Statements.
Providing Support to Client Servicing Officers for executing transactions.
Responsible for all daily trade activities including: trade confirmation, trade
settlements, reconciliations, etc.
Coordinate withvarious Internal/external counterparts to ensure timely trade
processing/ settlement.
Monitorcontrolpracticesto ensure compliance with corporate andbusiness
standards.
Monitor daily activities, ensuring market and internal deadlines are met, and escalate issues to the manager, Ad Hoc MIS Reporting Managing Projects.
A self starter with ability to work under pressure and with minimumsupervision

Mutual FundTransaction Processing, Undertake KYC of investor Coordination
with AMC / RTA / Payment Gateway / KRA
Assist and coordinate with Help desk team for customer queries via Email /Phone
To handle online transaction handling for customers of Mutual Fund through BSE/NSE/MFUplatform.
MIS,Transaction and commission reconciliation.
Tracking performance of Mutual Fund schemes, generating reports for sales
team and interacting with sales team for product pitch.
Complete all transactions assigned, which includes fund accounting,
transaction processing, commission processing and cash reconciliation of
transaction.
