Role Overview:
As a Wealth Manager Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial planning, client relationship management, and business development. You will work closely with experienced managers, supporting them in understanding client needs, performing financial calculations, creating financial content, and participating in awareness and lead generation activities. This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about finance, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to both client success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Calculations
- Conduct financial calculations and analyses tailored to individual client requirements, including investment planning, cash flow analysis, and portfolio allocation.
- Assist in preparing financial plans, performance reports, and presentations for client meetings.
Client Understanding & Relationship Building
- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and behavioural patterns.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Financial Content Creation
- Develop educational and promotional financial content for digital platforms and client communication.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations, articles, and social media posts to enhance financial awareness.
Awareness & Lead Generation Activities
- Arrange and participate in financial awareness programs, workshops, and seminars to educate the public about wealth management.
- Conduct field activities and campaigns to generate leads and promote Paisainvest.in’s services.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
- Support the team in developing strategies to expand the client base and grow the business.
Administrative & Team Support
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, CWM or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Creative approach to content creation and client engagement.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
