Abhishek Bansal Distribution Pvt Ltd (ABDPL) is engaged in Distribution of Financial Products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, Estate Planning, PMS, AIF, Real Estate etc.
Firm Promoters also have a varied Interest in Agriculture activities & Food Business.
The ABDPL is currently seeking talented people leader with an entrepreneurial
mindset to join its Marketing/ Business Development team in India.
Manager who possess the skill as a Marketing/ Business Development and strives to build them to be more effective and efficient, from the ground up.
This is a cross-functional role within the organization, responsible for coordination
across pillars that manage & Support Marketing/ Business Development, Business operations. This role will require you to collaborate with different stakeholders, internal and external.
 

Job description
• Primary responsibility is to generate revenue through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
• Ensure the organization’s communications are distributed across channels and to targeted audiences to meet sales objectives
• Conceive branding strategies and increases brand equity through branding efforts and improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website and actively involved in content marketing plans to revamp blog/forum to boost brand awareness, increase viewership, etc
• Manage traditional and digital marketing spend/budgets and relationships with marketing agencies and other business partners on the relevant section of P & L. Work on building the social media strategy of the company by establishing a presence on social media platforms.
• Create a digital dashboard that includes analytics, opportunities measurement, competition benchmarking, and performance review of success metrics.
• Lay a particular emphasis on digital marketing initiatives for the company, including SEO, building digital marketing media plan, online brand building, and prepare strategies for the digital roadmap, and ensure implementation of the same.
• Drive engagement with customers via (Call Centre) to onboard, activate, participate and generate revenue.

Requirements:
• Preferably 2+ years of work experience across E commerce and Retail Marketing
• Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
• Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment; Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations
