Position: Associate Financial Planner.
Qualifications Required: At least Graduation, in a financial core subject. CWM (Chartered Wealth Manager) would be desirable. A good academic record is important with minimum 60% aggregate in
10th Class, 12th Class and Graduation – grades attained inschool and colleges need to be mentioned in the CV.

Job Description:
• To make short investment and retirement goal plans and explain the same to the clients in a language they understand. This interaction with the clients could be in person, on email, on phone or through software like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
• Translate the investment or retirement plans into specific product plan
• Implement the product plans and monitor the investment process.
• Once investment is done, the same needs to be monitored on a regular basis with
performance of the invested asset and goal attainment as the criterion, and a report given to the client.
• To carry out regular re-balancing of the portfolio as and when required.
• To sort-out all the financial issues of the clients.

Job Specifications:
The job involves a deep understanding of behavioural finance, ability to guide and mentor team members, capacity to go into intricate financial calculations and considerations using excel and/or
financial planning software, work against time and then meticulously follow client’s goals over years to make him reach the same. The job can be intriguing, demand utmost patience and client servicing of the highest order. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience, preferably in a financial company.
The candidates should be well aware of the domestic and international economic and current affairs from the perspective of managing clients’ personal finance, be able to analyse financial data and situations, and brief and conduct presentations for teams on topics of personal finance.
Very good command over written English, fair command over spoken English, positive attitude towards client service, maturity and soft-spoken demeanour are extremely important for the job and are non-negotiable.
