We are a B2B player in Wealth Management space.
We provide business consultancy and related support functions for Wealth Management firms.
We assist Wealth Managers and endeavor to act as their extended Products Team for having better access, assessment and association with high quality, and regulated investment products and related value-added services. We assist Wealth Managers in search, scan, evaluation, comparisons, filtration and carrying out due diligence on investment options – particularly in the Alternative Investment and Global Investing space. We also assist them in developing ancillary services.
To Asset Managers and Investment Product Specialists, we endeavour to act as a value added service provider by assisting them in Strategy around Distribution Outreach for the investment products, largely for beyond Mutual Funds.
We are predominantly in the business of providing business consultancy and related support functions for wealth management firms (including independent financial advisers and family offices) as well as Investment product developers.
Our interests also includes support mechanism for Startups which is carried out through a separate joint venture entity.
 

Job Summary:-
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential partners, and driving growth for the company. This role involves market research on alternative investment products, networking, and implementing business development strategies to achieve business targets and contribute to the company’s overall success.
 
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Strategic Planning:-
   – Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
   – Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

2.  Acquisition:-
   – Identify and prospect potential wealth management partners through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
   – Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to foster business growth.

 3. Business Development:-
   – Develop and present proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
   – Collaborate with the Business Development & Product Team to ensure effective follow-up and enhancement of business.
 
4. Market Analysis:-
   – Analyse market conditions, competitor activities, and partner needs to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
   – Provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team based on market analysis.
 
5. Reporting &Documentation:-
   – Maintain accurate records of business development activities, including partner interactions, sales pipelines, and market feedback.
   – Prepare regular reports on business development progress, performance metrics, and business forecasts.
 
6. Collaboration:-
   – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and support, to ensure alignment and support for business development efforts.
   – Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and contribute to overall business strategy.
 
Qualifications:-
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
– Proven experience (typically 2 years plus) in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of achieving targets. (Experience in Alternative Investments is a plus)
– Strong understanding of sales and business development principles, market analysis, and B2B relationship management.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
