Company Overview:
Moneyfrog Financial Services Private Limited is a young Wealth-Tech firm, based out
of Mumbai, Chembur East office, offering wealth & investment solutions to end
customers. The company is nine years in making and currently manages INR 700+
Crores of assets for domestic & NRI customers. The company is divided into two parts,
the Technology team (building tech solutions) & the Wealth management team
(involves acquiring, executing & managing customer’s investments). Post Covid, the
company has plans to expand & grow with a bigger team, and to start offices in key
cities in India & abroad (Dubai & Singapore).
We are seeking candidates for our Wealth Management function in Mumbai.
Who are excellent in financial/ Investment knowledge know-how, and,
Who can converse fluently & with confidence.
Investment know-how means – Mutual Funds, Equity/ Stock Markets, International
Markets, Debt/ Fixed Income, PMS, AIF, and other investment products.
Campus placement will comprise of below steps:
Group Discussion – if the number of interested candidates is upward of 5.
Financial Know-how 30-minute Written Test.
Final Interview (only if one clears the written test).
Important Point – In the above-written test, we are assessing how much you know
about investment products (i.e., the bookish know-how), and in the interview, we are
assessing how confidently you can converse (let’s say, talk for 10 minutes non-stop).
Consolidated Salary (Gross)
Fixed Salary: Rs 3.60 Lacs gross annual CTC (Rs.30000 per month)
The above may include TDS, EPF& statutory deductions, as applicable.
Variable Salary : Rs 1.20 Lacs to Rs 3.60 Lacs gross annually as a part of the
performance-linked variable pay.
Variable Salary will be applicable, post-confirmation
Growth:
Team Lead, after one year or earlier, based on performance.
Offer to go international.
Salary hike & performance-driven incentive, as applicable, from the second year
onwards.
