Key duties/responsibilities of – Deputy Growth Manager:

  • Accountable for acquisition of High net worth and retail clients.
  • Responsible for identifying customer needs and assessing their risk appetite.
  • Responsible for providing Incidental advice to new clients.
  • Responsible for cross selling products like Insurance, Mutual funds and so on to the existing set of customers and building depth within the existing relationships.
  • Active interaction with premium clients and advising them on their portfolio and act as an interface between Naikwealth and clients.
  • Dynamic monitoring of client positions and passing on investment strategies and will be responsible for clients financial goals.
  • Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
  • Analyzing and researching the products offered to the clients.

Desired profile of the candidate:

1.Knowledge of financial products viz. Mutual Funds, Insurance etc. and managing people can prove to be of great help.
2. Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
3. Passionate about sales and extrovert, likes to meet people.

Min Experience: Fresher, Sales experience, finance background.

Max Experience: 1/2 years’ experience as a professional

Compensation Offered: As per industry standards or last drawn salary

 Educational Qualifications: MBA – Marketing/Finance – Preferably CWM.
