Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Preparation of Monthly Standalone/Consolidated Financial statement for all our group companies.
- Building Budgets & forecasts for multiple projects and track financial metrics such as revenue, expense, EBIT etc.
- Support financial modelling for ongoing project to identify pattern and reveal relevant financial information to Senior Management for critical decision making.
- Managing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual closing books of accounts of business entities ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
- Perform analysis of business performance versus budget & forecast via Business Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow Statements, Revenue Reports, Ageing Reports, Variance Analysis by Financial Modelling using Advanced Excel and other tools.
- Perform the month end close process including but not limited to revenue recognition, stock verification and valuation, debtors ageing, Vendor Reconciliations, Inter-Company Reconciliations, Bank Statement Analysis and related party balance confirmations.
- Documentation for global intercompany transaction to properly support transfer pricing requirement.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management (MIS) to make sound business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate.
- CWM certification would be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Result-oriented finance professional with 3 to 4 years of experience with proven skills in Financial Data & Analytics.
- Experience in accounting, preparation of financial statements and has worked in financial reporting, planning & analysis and variance analysis.
- Prepare & analyze regular reports on performance, profitability and quality of the portfolio against KPIs.
- Develop and maintain the performance monitoring reports & excel models
- Creating project/company financial models and carrying out financial statement analysis.
- Preparation of Dashboards and Presentations for performance analysis and develop & maintain the performance monitoring reports & excel models for investors and clients.
- Experience in cash flow management, data analysis and reporting skills.
- Has good knowledge of US GAAP/India GAAP processes.
- Flexible to work in US / UK shifts (4PM 1AM).
