Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customers & Retail Investor relationships for Financial Planning.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of Company policy.
- Actively help the management in Planning and Conducting marketing campaigns to attract new Retail Customers .
- Cross sell recommended financial products to customers.
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the relationship.
- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduation is a must ( B.Tech /BBA / B.Com /BA ( Economics or Business Studies)).
- MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing is a plus.
- Completion of NISM Modules are value adds.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong Communication & Public Speaking Skills .
- Proficiency in MS Office & Tools ( MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint ) .
