POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager role is crucial for supporting the wealth management team. This position requires a combination of operational expertise, management skills, and attention to detail to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Operations Manager will work closely with the wealth management team to assist in administrative tasks, improve processes, and manage client service needs. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service expected by our HNI clients.
PRE-REQUISITES:
Candidates should have prior experience in operations within the financial services industry, preferably in a wealth management or similar setup.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinating with the wealth management team to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of client documentation and records.
Handling client inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly.
Implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures.
Managing and optimizing administrative workflows.
Coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless client service.
Preparing operational reports and presenting findings to senior management.
Assisting in organizing seminars, workshops, and other business development activities.
Ensuring all client interactions are documented and follow company guidelines.
Supporting the wealth management team in achieving product-wise targets and revenue goals.
Liaising with external vendors and service providers as necessary.

Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate with relevant experience in operations within the financial services sector.
Prior experience in a similar role within a Wealth Management / BFSI / Financial Services setup is preferred.
Freshers with exceptional skills may also be considered.
