Job Profile & Responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager has to call from the database which the management will provide and explain about the products and brief our products and services.
- He/She will be responsible for handling clients queries and support them for their trading activities.
- Connect and follow up on the leads assigned to generate client acquisition.
- Explain the product to client and solve any sort of queries.
- Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers.
- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with clients and Maintaining relationship with clients in pre sales and post sales.
- Update the data base/lead management system to ensure proper reporting of work.
- Achieve the assigned targets for client acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate or post graduate.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with good knowledge in finance (Financial) is highly preferable.
- Candidates with good communication skills and Hindi language (to speak) is highly preferable.

- Adequate training about the industry/products/plans shall be provided completely by the organization.
