Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding and Hand-Holding:
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide personalized guidance to clients during their initial interactions with the firm.
- Ensure clients understand the services offered and their investment options.
- Write Down Minutes of Meeting, Execution and planning in Excel work sheet.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
- Existing Engagement Management:
- Proactively manage existing client portfolios.
- Regularly review investment performance and provide updates to clients.
- Address any issues related to account maintenance, transactions, or documentation.
- Analysis and Recommendations:
- Analyze clients’ existing engagements and financial situations.
- Evaluate their investment portfolios in terms of risk, diversification, and alignment with their goals.
- Make personalized recommendations for optimizing their wealth management strategies.
- Service Upgrades and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients’ financial well-being.
- Propose upgrades to existing services, such as portfolio diversification, tax planning, or estate planning.
- Cross-sell additional services that align with clients’ needs, such as insurance, retirement planning, or wealth preservation.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory roles.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CWM, NISM advisory) are advantageous.
- Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Salary
As per Industry Norms
